We gladly accept returns of items that are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of damage and the package not tampered with.
The products are consumable items, so we don't accept the return of packaged beverages that have been opened or not in original package.

We will process your returns within 5 business days of receipt by our warehouse and issue your refund.
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return product(s) un-opened and in the same condition as when it was sent out to you.
When the goods have been received back you will receive a full refund, less the shipping costs and any other costs incurred due to the return.
Before you do anything it is very important that you contact us first via phone or email.

Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded unless found to be faulty at which time product will be replaced or refunded at companies sole option.
All returns must be returned in a resalable condition in order to receive a refund unless found to be faulty at which time product will be replaced or refunded at companies sole option.
A restock fee may apply to returned items. Usually 10% or 15% when applicable.

Notes: We care about our valued customers and guarantee full satisfaction. In case of lost parcel (or it never received), all items with value more than 250 USD are insured. We appreciate it if you did not leave any negative or neutral ratings. We strive to answer all emails within 24 hours.
